Before attending law school, Charlie gained corporate experience working for Bank of America in the card service division before pursing his dream of becoming a lawyer by attending Widener School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996. Following his admission to the Virginia State Bar in 1996, Charlie worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers (now KPMG) where he served as a consultant in the tax services division until 1998 when he joined the real estate firm of Hoffman & Flynn, where he gained experience in real estate, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
In 2003, Mr. Pincus opened his own firm where he focused on family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. Although his caseload took him throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, his primary practice was focused on his hometown and the surrounding Southside cities. In 2016, Charlie and his partner, Adrienne Goodman, founded Pincus Goodman, P.C.

Charlie is the proud father of two children, one of whom attends Virginia Tech, and the other a high school student with plans for a bright future.
