Overview And Experience
Molly joined Pincus Goodman, P.C. in July 2020 and works closely with firm partner Charles L. Pincus, III. Over the years, she has developed a specialty best described as “the fixer of everything.” Supporting a busy practice that includes criminal defense, civil and construction litigation, personal injury, estate planning, and estate litigation, Molly helps ensure matters remain organized, deadlines are met, and nothing important slips through the cracks. She is often the person who knows exactly where everything is — usually before anyone finishes asking — and plays an essential role in keeping the office running smoothly, even when the schedule becomes especially demanding.
Molly regularly assists clients through some of life’s most stressful and uncertain moments, from criminal and civil litigation matters to estate planning and probate administration. She prides herself on making complex legal processes feel more manageable and approachable for clients during difficult times. She especially enjoys estate planning and probate work because it allows her to help individuals and families find peace of mind and focus on what matters most.
Her interest in the legal field began in 2007 following her involvement in a motor vehicle accident caused by a drunk driver. Although she suffered only minor injuries, the experience gave her firsthand insight into how overwhelming and complicated the legal process can feel. After several years working in local law firms, Molly decided to pursue a career as a paralegal and later graduated magna cum laude from Tidewater Community College in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies.
Molly lives at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with her boyfriend, Blair. After the passing of their beloved fur baby, Boonie, they are once again proud “paw-rents” to their newly adopted kitten, Hei Hei. Outside the office, Molly enjoys spending time at the beach, catching up on the latest true crime documentary, and spending time with family and friends.
