
Overview And Experience
Bailey Brierly is a Virginia attorney whose academic achievements, diverse legal training, and personal background inform her thoughtful and client-centered approach to advocacy. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Bailey earned her undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College in 2022 before attending Loyola University New Orleans College of Law as a full-tuition Ignatian Scholar. She graduated cum laude in 2025.
During law school, Bailey distinguished herself both academically and professionally. She was an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team and the Journal of Public Interest, where her published article earned the Best Comment Award. In addition to her coursework, she contributed to the legal community by organizing academic symposia, writing and editing scholarly articles, and serving as a research assistant.
Bailey’s legal training spans a wide range of practice areas, including civil litigation, employment law, immigration, tax law, administrative law, criminal law, family law, and personal injury. This broad foundation allows her to approach each case with a well-rounded perspective and strong analytical skills.
Bailey relocated to Virginia Beach in September 2025 and joined Pincus Goodman, P.C. in April 2026. She focuses her practice on family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, custody, and related issues. Bailey is committed to guiding individuals and families through complex and often emotional situations with clarity, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.
Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys spending time outdoors, especially walking along the beach. She also enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, crafting, and celebrating Mardi Gras season.
