
Overview And Experience
Nicholas “Nick” Paradis is a Maryland-licensed attorney who recently relocated to the Virginia Beach area. Nick is a dedicated advocate who regularly advises professionals, executives, and organizations in high-stakes and sensitive legal matters. His practice focuses on administrative law and appeals, civil litigation, labor and employment law, licensing and security clearance matters, criminal defense, and government investigations.
As a solutions-oriented litigator, Nick represents clients before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. He is known for his thoughtful approach, strong analytical skills, and ability to navigate complex legal issues with professionalism and precision.
Nick earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020. During law school, he gained valuable legal experience clerking for the National Labor Relations Board, working with an environmental nonprofit organization, and serving as a student attorney in the school’s Civil Rights Clinic. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Charles H. Dorsey III in the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys attending live music events, hiking, reading, and spending time with his partner, Camilla, and their dog, Logan.
